What does La Mesa require for HVAC permits?

The city of La Mesa requires plot plans for any HVAC permits where the equipment is being installed outside. The city will look for property lines, distance from the unit to the property line and for screening from public view. (eg bushes, fence, etc) This is a planning requirement for all new and replacement HVAC units. *Note the cities requirements are subject to change with out notice.
